-Preheat oven to 350 F.
-Melt 3/4 cup cocoa + 2/3 c. butter (11 tbsp.) in medium kettle.
-Remove from heat.
-Mix in 2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
-Mix well
-Add 1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
-Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
-Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
-Frosting: Melt 1 stick of butter (8 tbsp.) and 1 12-oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips in small kettle. Spread on top of brownies and serve when frosting hardens.
